First we  bought a longarm quilting machine to start busines, then we quilted for the first time all by ourselves.

We knew nothing about quilting, so we self-tought based on architecture, design, arts, and a-load-lot of neuroscience!

Everything was out-of-the-box, so we rapdily start teaching, winning awards, reaching people in the whole world -and our students too!

In 2014, Natasha left a career in architecture and Aline, a movie character designer lifework, to start their first business: providing longarm quilting services.

The only problem was that none of them had any idea how to free motion quilt! Much less how to free motion quilt in a way that quilters would see value in it!

This fact pretty much sums up how excited they're about quilting -and how seriously they took it into their lives in their early twenties, even though they barely knew what it was!

The rest is history:

+1500 client quilts finished using OQA in the first 5 years of professional quilting
+ hundreds of personal, for sale, and class quilts custom with OQA,
10 years of teaching, tutoring, and mentoring,
+3500 students all over the world (and counting),
18 international awards; 

Movement is all that matters to them, and they move quite a bit: they've created the Orbital Board, their own minimalist ruler line, a sustainable fabric line, a board game for quilters, published two books, had taught at events, in TV, fairs, online courses, youtube channel, and the most important: they created methods!

they've been teaching our original methods and designs to thousands of quilters around the world in two languages since 2014!

while making bad jokes and using some words awkwardly, they teach in-depth steps, with details, and talk about all the whys and dos!

they actually quilt on domestic, longarm, sitdown, framed, industrial! you're gonna learn all you need (and even more) to OQA on all machines!
